Step into a world of glamour and gastronomy with each delicately crafted bite by Executive Chef Ana Grgić Tomić, from foie gras brioche and burrata bites to signature Esplanade štrukli and rosewater-kissed desserts — all paired with your choice of premium tea and chilled bubbly.

This refined ritual is served daily from 12:30 to 18:30 hrs at the Esplanade 1925 Lounge & Cocktail Bar or outdoors on the iconic Oleander Terrace.

For 45 EUR, the experience includes a tiered stand with savoury and sweet delicacies for two, a mini baked creamy and crisped Esplanade štrukli per person, and a pot of tea with lemon and honey. Preparation takes approximately 30 minutes – just enough time to settle in and sip something sparkling.

As a keepsake, you receive a beautifully designed booklet sharing stories from the hotel’s rich history — along with a postcard we’ll happily send out.

And for those with a taste for bold elegance, our signature cocktail collection by award-winning Master Kishoni awaits — each inspired by a decade of Esplanade’s 100-year history, crafted with rare ingredients and unforgettable presentation.
