Hotel has also been carrying out strict hygiene and safety measures to further protect the health of guests and hotel staff, implementing the recommendations of the Croatian Public Health Institute. &#8220;Posters with guidelines on proper behaviour, frequent and thorough washing and disinfecting of hands, premises, and surfaces, keeping social distance, distance between tables, ventilating of premises, obligation of mask wearing for the staff have become our daily routine,&#8221; said the Hotel&#8217;s General Manager Ivica Max Krizmani\u0107, adding: &#8220;We strive to ensure guests\u2019 comfort during their stay and provide them with supreme service, while keeping up with state-of-the-art technology, thus enabling contactless download of menus and daily newspapers to smartphones, and through our mobile app, simple room service orders and download of smart TV remote control. We also offer contactless payment at the reception, which is now furnished with special partitions. Our Health Club and limo service implement the upmost hygienic standards, and rooms are thoroughly cleaned after guest departure and placed in 48-hour isolation. Testing is conducted on the premises of the Hotel, with special extras for guests &#8211; free arrival of testing medical staff on location and free translation to English! Handshaking and close contact are not permitted. Please respect this measure for your and our safety.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>FACE MASKS<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nAll guests are required to wear a face mask in the hotel, except while sitting in your seats and consuming food or drink.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>HAND DISINFECTION<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\n<b><strong>Please disinfect your hands each time you enter the hotel<\/strong><\/b>. For this purpose, disinfectants are found throughout the hotel and at the entrances to the bar, restaurants, health club, elevators, and business centre.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>TOILETS<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nToilets in public areas are equipped with soaps that contain disinfectant, disposable towels, and disinfectants for thorough hand washing. Baby changing equipment, which is disinfected regularly, can be found in the washroom at level -1.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>PUBLIC SPACES AND AREAS<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nAll public spaces and touchable surfaces are disinfected thoroughly and frequently during the day and night.<b><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b><b><strong><br \/>\nWELCOME<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nIn order to increase protection, exceptionally during this specific situation, it is recommended that\u00a0<b><strong>guests open the doors themselves<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\n<b><strong>PARKING<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nTo protect you and our staff, it is recommended that you park your personal vehicle yourself. Car keys that are handed over to our doorman are being disinfected and stored in safe conditions until you need them again.\u00a0<b><strong>Parking is HRK 150 (20\u20ac) per day<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0in the outdoor parking lot and\u00a0<b><strong>HRK 250 (30\u20ac)<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0per day for parking in the garage.<b><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\n<b><strong>CHECK-IN\/CHECK-OUT\/CONCIERGE<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b>At the Concierge and Reception desks, a barrier has been set up to provide protection for staff and guests. Additionally, reception staff works with protective gloves, and when needed, protective masks as well. Several people can use the elevator at the same time if they are family members or guests who share the same accommodation unit. We kindly ask you disinfect your hands when entering and exiting the elevator.<b><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\n<b><strong>CLEANING OF ROOMS AND SUITES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b>The Hotel maintains the highest standards of hygiene, so the entire room and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected during cleaning.
