This exclusive gala dinner is to be held on Wednesday,\u00a0<b>14<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October<\/b>\u00a0at the refined\u00a0<b>Zinfandel&#8217;s Restaurant<\/b>, as the organizers provide guests with a unique opportunity to experience the musical legacy of\u00a0<b>Jean Sibelius<\/b>\u00a0and enjoy delicious delicacies of picturesque Finland, crafted by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zinfandels.hr\/en\/chef.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ana Grgic<\/a>\u00a0and her creative culinary team.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;Gala dinner with Sibelius&#8217; is part of the\u00a0<b>&#8216;Fall for Sibelius<\/b>&#8216; program, running from\u00a0<b>9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October &#8211; 8<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0December<\/b>\u00a0held across several Croatian cities in order to promote exceptional compositional contributions to music and culture, including performances of mixed choirs and concerts of symphonic orchestras. To mark this special occasion, the\u00a0<b>Dominante<\/b>\u00a0choir, one of the most prominent mixed choirs in Finland, will perform for the\u00a0<b>first time in Croatia<\/b>, celebrating the wide repertoire of Sibelius works.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cWe look forward to this wonderful collaboration with the Embassy of Finland, the gala dinner and the unique musical performance of the\u00a0<b>Dominante<\/b>\u00a0choir, with the classy Zinfandel&#8217;s restaurant serving as the perfect musical backdrop. We believe guests will truly enjoy the delightful combination of the selected repertoire of Sibelius melodies and the carefully crafted menu inspired by the book &#8216;Dining with Sibelius&#8217; and Finland&#8217;s traditional recipes, for this occasion created by\u00a0<b>Chef de cuisine, Ana Grgic<\/b>\u201d<\/i>, commented the\u00a0<b>hotel general manager, Ivica Max Krizmanic<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The gala evening begins at\u00a0<b>7 pm<\/b>\u00a0along with a Finnish welcome drink &#8211; special liqueur made of Arctic raspberries, at the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.esplanade1925.hr\/en\/mainpage.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Esplanade Bar<\/a>\u00a0with a musical performance by the\u00a0<b>Dominante<\/b>\u00a0choir followed by a gala dinner as musical performances of a choral quartet and octet sequences continue among dishes. The rich menu features deer fillet stuffed with porcini mushrooms in cranberry sauce, a traditional Finnish salmon soup, and delicious sea bass with saffron cream, aromatic mouse from smoked salmon and cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e with berries.<\/p>\n<p>The price of the four-course meal including a welcome drink is\u00a0<b>385 kn<\/b>\u00a0(52 \u20ac*).
