Esplanade Zagreb Hotel is the best hotel in Croatia

During the Days of Croatian tourism at Hvar island Esplanade Zagreb hotel was present with two prestigious awards – for the best city hotel and the Hotel of the Year
During the traditional annual tourism manifestation – Days of Croatian Tourism, hosted on 24th and 25th October 2018 at the island of Hvar, organized by Croatian Tourism Board, Croatian Chamber of Economy and Ministry of Tourism awards and recognitions were given in several categories to those best in tourism. Esplanade Zagreb Hotel was awarded two prestigious awards – for the Best City Hotel and the Hotel of the Year. The awards were presented to the general manager, Ivica Max Krizmanić, who has been leading the hotel for almost seven years now, and whose career at the hotel now counts a full quarter of a century.

Esplanade hotel has received many recognitions and international prizes and it has been enlisted in globally valued guides. World Luxury Travel Awards, commonly known as hospitality Oscars, have been presented to the hotel in three categories – Luxury Architecture Design Hotel, Luxury Historical Hotel of Croatia and Luxury Heritage Hotel for south-eastern Europe. TripAdvisor Hall of Fame certificates have been appointed to Zinfandel’s restaurant, Le Bistro and Esplanade hotel given all have received excellent guest reviews for many years in a row. For the second consecutive year, both restaurants have been included in the Michelin Guide, while Chef Ana Grgić has been named the Great Chef of Tomorrow according to Gault&Milau gourmet guide for Croatia 2018.
